“You are more than I could have ever dreamed for, Aero,” I breathed. Then I dug my heels into his butt and bit his shoulder before demanding, “Now, stop teasing and fuck me already!”

A strangled laugh burst from his lips right before he licked his mark on my shoulder and began to thrust fast and hard.

“Aero!” I screamed as waves of sensation carried me to the height of ecstasy.

“Fuck, baby. That’s it. Fuck!”

His hand slipped between us, and he pinched my clit, sending waves of orgasmic bliss crashing over me. Then Aero tossed his head back and shouted my name as he followed me under.

Once our bodies had calmed and we could stand without wobbling, we made the trek back to our house, hand in hand.

We’d left our clothes on the back porch, so we quickly dressed and went in search of our son. He was in the living room, lying on his back and babbling happily while batting at the colorful toys hanging over him. Peppa was sitting on the floor between Cason’s legs with his hands resting on her rounded belly. She was encouraging Arbor to catch the little buggers while their son, Cyrus, clapped and tried to copy everything she said.

I couldn’t help laughing at the sight they made.

Cason looked up as we walked in, and a sly smile stole over his face. “You two certainly look…satisfied.”

I blushed hard, and Aero happened to be close enough to smack him on the back of the head while he growled, “Shut it, dog.”

They continued to bicker about something while Peppa smiled warmly. “How did it feel to fly again?”

“Amazing,” I sighed, bending down to pick up Arbor, then dropping onto the couch with him on my lap. “And to fly with Aero…”

Peppa nodded, and I knew she understood because she probably experienced the same high when her lioness ran with her mate’s wolf.

“Thank you for watching Arbor.”

Peppa grinned and began struggling to get to her feet, only to be scooped up by Cason and deposited next to me on the couch. She harrumphed playfully, earning herself a wink and a smirk from her mate. “I was going to get the food I brought ready.”

“Aero and I will take care of it, baby,” he said with a stern look that clearly demanded she stay where she’d been put.

The doorbell rang then, and Cason offered to answer it while Aero headed into the kitchen. Several pack members wandered into the room a few seconds later, followed by a few more until the room was filled with laughter and camaraderie.

I looked all around me, and the joy I felt could barely be contained. Even in my flock, I’d never felt this comfortable. I’d never dared hope that I would find a place to call home, somewhere I felt like I truly belonged.

But I’d found it, and it was more than I’d ever dreamed.

Rome is up next in Her Loner! Then Keane in Her Grizzly!
